Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta

Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The property is beautiful, the food was consistently delicious, and the views were unreal but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the staff. A huge shoutout to Lupita and Javier, who were both so kind, attentive, and welcoming. And an extra special thank you to Saira, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her customer service was exceptional thoughtful, genuine, and always with a smile. She truly made us feel cared for and valued, and that kind of service is rare. Because of the amazing team here, this was more than just a vacation it was an experience we’ll always remember. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this resort in February. The club room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The service throughout the property was warm and attentive, and the restaurants offered an impressive variety of cuisines, each thoughtfully prepared. The beach, with its serene and almost private feel, added to the overall charm of the stay. We also chose to do a family photography session with the in-house photographer, Jonathan, who was outstanding. He made the experience enjoyable and effortless, leaving us with truly memorable moments to cherish.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Every detail was handled with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention — which made a huge difference during such an important moment in our lives. The wedding team was outstanding, ensuring everything ran smoothly and exactly as we envisioned, allowing us to truly enjoy the day without stress. The resort itself is stunning — beautiful ocean views, well-kept grounds, amazing food, and a relaxing atmosphere that our guests couldn’t stop talking about. Many of our friends and family told us it was one of the best weddings and vacations they’ve ever experienced. We are so grateful to the entire Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta team for making our wedding not just special, but unforgettable. If you’re considering a destination wedding or even just a getaway, this place is truly something special. Would like to give a shout out to Jorge Ayala and his team for going above and beyond for us. Also Ismael the bellhop went out of his way everytime I saw him to say hello ask if we needed anything and got us taxis whenever we needed them to and from the resort! Lastly our wedding coordinator Albani was PHENOMENAL... Thank you so much Albani! Cant wait to comeback!

We went to the Hyatt Ziva for a day pass. The price was reasonable and all inclusive from 9-5. We ate breakfast and lunch at the buffet and the food was very good, especially the little cakes around lunchtime. We also ate poke bowls from a snack stand with salmon and tuna that were delicious. The pools and view of the ocean were beautiful. We couldn’t swim in the ocean because of strong waves but there are many pools and the water was warm. We had an incredible time and will definitely be back, all of the staff were amazing and extremely professional and welcoming. Thanks!

Spent 5 days and 4 nights at the Hyatt Ziva. Our room was great with a nice balcony. The view of the beach amazing. I would encourage everyone who just arrives to do a full walk around the resort to see the various pools and chair options on the beach. Found there were plenty of chairs. Great options for kids and adult only pools. The app used was handy to book cabanas. We were here during when the cartel shut down the city in 2-22, I wanted to say the staff really shined during this time. Everyone was incredibly friendly. The staff did an incredible job with the wedding that happened on the 22nd and it was incredible to see them go above and beyond for the wedding party. Would recommend Blaze for dinner. The views there were incredible. Our steaks there were a real highlight. The buffet was also great for breakfast. Beatrice at concierge was amazing. The gym has a wide variety of options. Was a very nice trip.

We got a day pass and really enjoyed our time. The sports bar service was really slow and the food was just OK. We had breakfast at the a la carte restaurant and an early dinner at the buffet , and both of those places were impressive. The bartenders and servers around the pools were excellent. They had an "adult only" area and lots of activities. We will definitely come back!

Kind staff, great setting - picture perfect every morning looking out over the ocean and mountains. Not too much of an all inclusive person, so finding good food at one seems to elude me. Best bets are Blaze and the buffet. Breakfast at the buffet is great, so is lunch. However, food elsewhere was fine to poor. The Italian place was worse than Olive Garden and the "asian" place was abismal. Oh well, how it goes at all inclusives. Staff were lovely in all restaurants though. There was a large family reunion/vacation there that were so poorly behaved. They not only allowed but encouraged their children constantly enter the adults only area. The kids were constantly arguing with the poor staff while the parents looked on. Pompous and arrogant people, super gross. Felt bad for the staff.

Hyatt Ziva Puerta Vallarta was incredible!! My niece had the most stunning wedding there this last weekend! We had a family group of about 30 at the resort and we all had the most incredible time! There were initial fears to come to the resort 4 days after the unrest in the town but we are so thrilled that we went! The staff are incredible! Jocelyn and Diego from entertainment gave us an epic foam pool party, so many amazing bartenders- Alejandro and David were just a few who served us so well! Luis always had a smile and stood out as well! The food was delicious- all the buffet choices were fresh and tasty! I could go on and on! The rooms are modern, comfortable, and full of amenities. We saw whales from our balcony too! Thank you so much for an incredible vacation! We will be back!
